Refund Policy

LE Clinics is a relatively new by reputable supplier of medical equipment. We supply different kinds of medical equipment tailored specifically for those who are waging a war against the coronavirus. We prioritize customer safety and comfort by offering fast and safe supply of critical products.

LE Clinic commits to provide customers with products and medical equipment, including latex gloves, thermometers, blue disposable gloves, PPE kits, and more. These products perform according to the specifications of the manufacturer. You can apply for a refund or return damaged or bad products, apart from the ones noted below. Make sure that you return them within fourteen days of receipt. We will accept unused products with undamaged packaging. You can’t return sold items unless they are defective. You will receive the full value of every returned non-defective item. We won’t accept applications for refunding or returning after fifteen days. Customers have to obtain authorization for returns from LE Clinics by emailing at sales@leclinics.com.

The exceptions

We won’t accept sterile items with broken or punctured packaging or with broken seals.

We won’t accept items cut or altered specifically for the customer

We will accept damaged and defective merchandise and provide full refund including delivery charges. However, the customer has to report defective products within seven days.
